easy access excellent service attentive staff great location

The location was great. it allowed easy access to the souks. it also provided access to taxis. the food was AMAZING!!! the lamb shoulder stood out. the staff were very attentive. They offered excellent service.

the room i stayed in felt rather small. it also seemed a bit dark.

I appreciated the prompt airport pickup service. The driver was waiting as planned, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and quick. The staff helped with my luggage and provided a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The riad provided clear directions and assistance for local excursions, which I found helpful for navigating the area. I also appreciated the availability of tea and refreshments throughout the day.

The lighting in the room was rather dim. I would have liked brighter lights.
